Cerelac is a highly nutritious, easily digested instant cereal, containing milk powder. Cerelac is an excellent source of energy with complex carbohydrates that are enriched with key nutrients suitable for baby’s little tummy. It also provides essential nutrients including vitamins and minerals. Such minerals include calcium to build healthy bones and teeth, and iron, which is required to generate red blood cells.
Helping Digestive Comfort
Nestlé Cerelac is made using a unique process where carefully sourced cereals are hydrolysed enzymatically (CHE). This process breaks down the cereal into smaller, easily digested parts.

How to prepare
1. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
2. Measure required quantity of water into bowl.
3. Stir in recommended quantity of Cerelac, until paste is smooth.
4. Cerelac is ready for feeding.
5. Look out for the feeding table on every Cerelac tin to find out the grammage per serving.
6. Cerelac may be used as a meal, for example, breakfast or dinner.
