eggsQuestion: How many eggs should a baby eat after he/she is 1 year old?

Answer by Dr. Chris Sciberras

The child can have up to 3 eggs per week, preferably cooked well. This means that she can hace scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs or eggs cooked in food such as baked rice or baked pasta.  Never give soft boiled eggs or uncooked eggs.
