Your baby is now a little child. He has probably started walking, is saying a few words and you can also see that he has his own character. There are things that he likes and others that he doesn’t. You are dreadfully learning that ‘no’ means ‘no’ and are trying to cope with it.
We are not born with parenting skills but achieve them on the way. Raising your little child is not an easy task. You are trying to make a good person out of him, teaching him or her how to relate to people and situations. You try your best to be a good parent, but it is difficult to judge your progress as there are no set rules for this role. You are responsible for your child’s future and can try to shape it by letting him acquire good values and positive attitudes.
